  • On their 3rd album „Tiempo Libre“ continues to mix salsa with different styles of music. Unmistakeably, you will recognize the typical -sound. For the first time, the drumer of the band Walter Martinez participated in writing compositions for the band. A brilliant horn section, thrilling grooves, jazzy piano-sounds and catchy pop-structures will not only please dancers, but also anyone, who just appreciates good music.

      • In November 2010 the band goes back into the studio with a new line-up to record their second album „Havana Berlin“. This time Mi Solar Once again, they present mostly original compositions: salsa, of course, and the cuban „timba“ this time varied with cha cha, rock, flamenco, pop-bolero, samba, merengue and rap.
